Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a dedicated LPN or MN TMA for full-time day shifts in our long-term care facility. The LPN provides nursing care under supervision, administers medications, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' health and safety needs.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed as an LPN.
Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
IV therapy/management skills may be required depending on state; in North Dakota, completion of an IV therapy course approved by the ND Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
