Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Michigan.
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
