Job summary

Parkwood Health & Rehab in Louisville, KY is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses for full-time and part-time roles across day and night shifts. You will join a top-rated long-term care and skilled nursing facility dedicated to dignity and quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active KY LPN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met per standards and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and dignity.
• Monitor vital signs, catheter care, and wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies and regulations.
• Coach and mentor staff as needed.
