• Provide warm, engaging personal care, assistance, support and companionship to residents.
• Administer or assist with medication according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents and monitor wellbeing, communicating changes to the Care Plan.
• Collaborate with Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments per schedule.
