Lambeth House in New Orleans, LA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants within the scope of your Louisiana license. You will observe residents, administer medications, and participate in care planning to support resident wellbeing and safety.

You will ensure documentation accuracy, adhere to policies, maintain ethical standards, and collaborate with physicians, social services, and dietary staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Current Louisiana Practical Nurse license.
• CPR certification and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs within licensure.
• Observe resident condition and document changes in medical records.
• Administer medications as ordered and document in MAR.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and continuing education.
