Job summary

Avalon Care Center Scappoose, OR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts. Earn $38.00-$43.65 per hour while providing direct nursing care under RN supervision in a skilled nursing and intermediate care setting. Prior geriatric experience preferred; Oregon LPN license required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Oregon.
Recent clinical, long-term care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
Maintain accurate documentation and medical records.
Support resident comfort, safety, and quality outcomes.
