Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration and ADL care as ordered by physician and plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care per standards and policies.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Perform other tasks as required.
