Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license and valid BLS Certification.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to nursing standards and physician’s treatment plans.
• Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by standards.
• Support a safe and respectful environment for residents and families.
