Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive patient health histories and document accurately.
• Administer vaccines and maintain vaccine records per GRITS system.
• Obtain vital signs and assess chief complaints.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist provider as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy and prepare samples for external testing.
• Maintain treatment and lab areas; adhere to infection control.
