Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record medical history accurately.
• Record vital signs such as BP, temperature, heart rate.
• Observe treatment progress and side effects.
• Monitor fluid intake/output and maintain charts.
• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Administer medications and dress wounds.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Communicate with family with guidance and release instructions.
