You will collaborate with physicians and families, participate in quality improvement, and continually expand your knowledge through seminars and team discussions, contributing to a supportive elder care environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to documentation and resident safety.
• Creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity.
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of information about residents’ physical, mental, and social well‑being.
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance at seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
