Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Danville, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role (24–29 hours). You will provide resident care, support the Wellness Director, and help coordinate nursing services in a memory care community.

The position requires existing LPN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in direct patient care. Flexible hours and weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse licensed to practice by state regulations.
• Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions.
• CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid.
• Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure
• Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support to the Wellness Director and staff.
• Assist in supervising the medication program and residents with self-administration of medications.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report significant incidents and changes in residents’ needs to the Executive Director/Wellness Director.
• Assist in completing resident assessments and service plans.
• Assist in training assisted living staff and orientation of new staff.
• Attend scheduled in-service programs, training programs and staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Caregivers as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
