Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with active LPN licensure in Ohio.
• Maintain BCLS certification and ability to provide care across age groups.
• Proficient in phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Experience operating office systems like IDX, EMR, and Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians, NP's, and RN's in patient assessment and care planning.
• Provides direct technical nursing care to patients in the clinic setting.
• Administers medications ordered by a licensed provider after required pharmacology training.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and supports quality improvement efforts.
