Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team. Full and part-time schedules available with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience in long-term care or rehab, embraces person-centered care, and demonstrates a true passion for excellence in nursing care. You will work with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in long-term care or rehab setting.
• Person-centered care approach to meet residents' needs.

• Ability to remain calm and effective during peak activity and emergencies.
• Excellent interaction with residents, families, and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, evaluate, and modify each resident's care plan to meet physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
• Manage emergencies promptly and maintain accurate reports and records.
• Complete medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents.
