Job summary

Lakeland Nursing and Rehab in Wanaque, New Jersey, is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated care team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional resident care while growing as a leader, we’d love to meet you.

You will provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs; assist with daily living activities; and help develop individualized care plans as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participating in staff development and educational programs to stay current with industry best practices
• Contributing to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication
