Regency on Whidbey is seeking a compassionate LPN for full-time weekend shifts in Oak Harbor, WA. You will administer medications, provide nursing services, and supervise staff to support resident well-being in a home-like setting.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license in good standing; new grads are encouraged to apply. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Mansioni

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, medications, treatments, and other care.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope and state regulations.
