Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Enhance the clinical care and quality of life of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Check residents daily to ensure proper administration of prescribed treatment.
• Keep the RN Supervisor informed about residents, staff and related matters.
• Implement recommended changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
• Administer professional nursing services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, wound care and related duties as per policy.
• Complete all LPN record-keeping forms on admission, discharge, transfer, etc., and file in charts.
