Job summary

• Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants
• Collect and report patient data
• Reinforce patient education using the TeachBack method
• Assist with patient discharges and ongoing care planning
• Engage patients and families in the plan of care
• Respect and support patient treatment preferences
• Help monitor and maintain unit supplies and equipment
• Offer feedback to the Nurse Manager regarding annual budgets
• Demonstrate proficiency in all job responsibilities
