Job summary
The Reserve at Fairhope is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our premier senior living community. You will provide direct resident care, follow care plans, administer medications, and support daily activities to promote safety and comfort.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- LPN license in applicable state required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care following individualized care plans.
- Administer medications per standards and documentation.
- Perform resident assessments per state standards and facility policy.
- Observe changes in resident condition and report to supervisor.
- Document observations and care activities after each shift.
- Complete and maintain individualized care plans for residents.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
