Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians or nursing staff.

• Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens as ordered.
• Document patient care activities and maintain records accurately.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Current LPN license in Washington state; one year of recent LPN experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
