Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports admission and check-in, helping patients and families understand routines, rights, and the care setting.
• Helps complete necessary forms and documentation.
• Collects and records vital signs, height/weight, medication history, and billing details.
• Identifies and responds to patient pain or discomfort.
• Assists patients with ADLs to promote comfort and independence.
• Prepares patients for medical or surgical interventions.
• Performs interventions within the LPN scope of practice.
• Supports physicians with treatments and procedures.
• Obtains and tracks laboratory specimens for analysis.
• Administers medications (oral, IM, SQ, rectal, intradermal) per protocols.
• Maintains supplies and organization.
