Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. You will assess needs, administer prescribed therapies, and coordinate with families and the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a current nursing license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license for in-home visits in Owensboro, KY. Home health experience is preferred, and continuing education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed as a nurse in the practicing state.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
• Basic technology skills and ability to operate a mobile device.
• CPR certification.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
