Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina in the Midlands region invites motivated LPNs to join The Columbia Presbyterian Community. You will provide compassionate, plan-based nursing care, perform rounds, supervise staff, and communicate care updates to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans.
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.
