• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of information regarding residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
