Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed provider or RN. You will apply the nursing process, assess patient needs, and participate in care planning while upholding patient rights and privacy.

You will coordinate care with other departments and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery. This role welcomes both new and experienced LPNs and offers comprehensive Mercy benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited practical nursing program.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid LPN license in the hiring state.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• LPN-IV certification either completed prior or within 3 months of hire.

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision by a licensed prescriber or RN.
