Cottingham Care Community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise STNAs and other nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising STNAs preferred.
• Ability to coordinate care with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing functions for STNAs in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Chart and file resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Review care plans daily and communicate changes to the care team.
• Inform Nurse Supervisor of changes needed in the care plan.
