Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• LPN or LVN licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient intake and document symptoms, history, meds, and vital signs.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures.
• Conduct basic diagnostic tests (EKG, labs) and document results.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers to support care plans and HIPAA compliance.
