Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs resident reviews on admission and monitors health status; documents findings in the electronic record.

• Administers and documents medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders and resident plan of care.
• Responds to resident and family concerns and documents actions taken.
• Routinely performs rounds to ensure safety and planned care delivery.
• Assists with activities of daily living for residents.
• Supervises and assists nursing staff with daily activities.
