Job summary

Community Eldercare Services, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time roles at the West Point Community Living Center. Shifts available: 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am. The nurse will provide medication administration, treatments, and ADL support, and will be pivotal in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

The position requires an active LPN license in good standing and BLS certification. Strong communication with residents, families, physicians, and the care team is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care including medication administration and treatments as ordered.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents’ status and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records during shifts.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and supervisors.
• Perform other tasks as required.
