Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Physician Office- Thoracic Surgery at St. Mary’s. The LPN will deliver patient care under the physician, observe and report responses, and support the health care team during visits.

Essential duties include collaborating with physicians, providing basic nursing care, and assisting with procedures. Certification in BLS and active LPN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in the state of Virginia (or eligible to apply).
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• One year of clinical patient care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and health care team members to meet patient needs.
• Provides direct basic nursing care under physician direction.
