Aviata Health Group in Largo, FL seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Aviata at Bryan Dairy. You will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting, support treatment plans, and supervise CNAs under nursing leadership.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and adherence to clinical protocols. Competitive pay, benefits, and part/full-time shifts are available on site in Largo.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to patient care.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home.
• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services and conduct thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status.
• Other duties as assigned.
