Job summary

ElderCare of Bemidji is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our on-site nursing team in Mountain Iron, MN. You will provide direct care, administer medications, monitor residents’ health, document changes, and support daily living activities within a skilled nursing and senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and health status.
• Document care and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Support residents with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.
• Educate residents and families about care.
• Maintain infection control standards.
