Meridian Senior Living is hiring an LPN for per diem shifts at Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will assist with comprehensive personal care services and help maintain a supportive living environment in compliance with state regulations.

Qualified candidates are licensed LPNs in good standing, with preferred experience in assisted living, strong communication, teamwork, and exceptional organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to handle changing resident needs are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in good standing with the State Licensing Authority.
• Preferred prior LPN experience in Assisted Living.
• Knowledge of state and local rules for licensed senior housing.
• Supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to supervise staff with independent judgment.
• Strong communication with residents, families, staff and authorities.
• Compassion for elderly residents and teamwork mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and task prioritization.
• Strong documentation skills and valid driver’s license.
