Qualifications

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to support Resident Care Department.
• Education includes diploma and nursing program completion.
• Two years of geriatric or health‑care experience suggested.
• Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and values to residents and staff.
• Grow community occupancy through positive interactions.
• Assist evaluation of resident needs and care plans.
• Understand aging and related physiological/psychosocial changes.
• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care staff.
• Assess medical concerns and coordinate with ED, family, MD.
• Encourage teamwork across departments for service quality.
• Monitor infection control and sharps disposal compliance.
• Participate in community marketing efforts.
• Provide direct resident care as needed.
• Support staff with assignments and emergency needs.
• Ensure staffing coverage and scheduling accuracy.
• Review incident reports and communicate improvements.
• Document required with state and company guidelines.
• With physician orders, administer medications as allowed.
