Job summary

Haven Homes, a Cassia community in Maple Plain, MN, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our stable, nonprofit team. The LPN will provide compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes for older residents.

Position is Full-Time with a varying schedule including every other weekend; shifts include 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM. Wage range is $28.00 - $34.66 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• MN LPN license in good standing.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and takes follow-up action.
• Performs additional duties as required.
