Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, TN, is seeking compassionate LPNs to join a growing clinical team in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. The role encompasses administering medications, monitoring residents, and providing direct nursing care in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee license, with prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, and demonstrates strong clinical and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team
