Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD in Oklahoma seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a safe, supportive environment, delivering essential nursing services to residents.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs. Strong communication and empathy are essential. Day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

LPN license in good standing and current CPR/first aid certifications.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong observation, empathy, and communication with residents and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor vital signs and assist residents with daily activities.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per schedule.
Observe health status and report changes to physicians promptly.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and CNAs to implement individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support to residents and families; communicate care plans clearly.
Maintain accurate documentation of progress and health status.
