Socket.dev is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Ohio to direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and provide physical and emotional support to residents and families. This full-time 3rd shift and PRN positions offer meaningful work in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR
• At least 6 months direct care nursing experience; long term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care and oversee nursing duties
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary team
• Provide physical and psychological support to residents, families, and team members
• Communicate with care team to ensure high-quality service and care
