Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Saint Marys, Ohio is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and the multi-disciplinary team, and provide physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

We offer full-time 3rd shift and PRN opportunities, starting pay at $26.00 per hour with shift differential, and benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and retirement plans

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care with a sense of caring, concern, and dignity.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multi-disciplinary team.
• Place decision-making in the hands of the elders and support autonomy.
• Provide high-quality service and care to residents.
