Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services.
• Document resident medical status at admission and during treatment.
• Other duties as assigned.
