Job summary

Holly Hill Healthcare Center, a 75-bed skilled nursing facility in Towson, MD, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. You will deliver resident-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary staff to support quality clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or memory care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately
• Observe, assess, and document resident conditions while promptly reporting changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and resident records
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs/GNAs, and rehabilitation professionals
• Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, and care planning
• Support and guide nursing assistants to promote quality resident care
• Follow infection prevention, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards
• Promote resident rights, dignity, privacy, comfort, independence, and quality of life
