Luxor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our resident-focused team. We offer 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN, plus support for your professional growth.

You will provide high-quality nursing care according to care plans, assist with ADLs, document changes, and communicate with RNs and physicians to ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN license in Missouri (Required).
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Passion for person-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Promote resident engagement and socialization for well-being.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
• Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Document resident history, vitals, and clinical changes.
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
