Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Knoxville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide daily resident care in our assisted living community. You will follow care plans, monitor health, and collaborate with RA and CNA staff to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

The role requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. We offer meaningful work, flexible schedules, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• LPN license in applicable state with CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
