Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living in Franklin, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Assisted Living. This is a full-time, first shift role caring for residents and supporting a compassionate, safe, dignified living environment.

You will follow care plans, monitor health, administer medications, and collaborate with RAs and CNAs. A current LPN license and CPR certification are required; Morning Pointe offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state as well as CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident's care plan
• Make resident safety a daily priority
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and concerns
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs
