Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term and transitional care facility. You will work under supervision of a RN or physician, maintain patient comfort and safety, and contribute to care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Applicants must be a Minnesota-licensed LPN with an active license, have relevant clinical experience, and be prepared for shifts across days, evenings, and nights

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board privileges; CEU requirements maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
