Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility in Brainerd, MN. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care under supervision, with a MN LPN license required and the ability to work days, evenings and nights on a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care and treatments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain confidentiality and effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
