Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling options and the chance to work with a supportive team delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in good standing in Tennessee.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred; home health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing assessments and implement care plans under RN direction.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete clinical documentation and report changes in client condition promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
