Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in Pennsylvania is required.
• If holding a PA temporary practice permit, licensure as an LPN must be obtained within one year.
• PA residency waiver currently applies for this title.
• Eligible to apply if within 60 days of completing an approved LPN program.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to long-term care residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents and care team.
• Work 2nd or 3rd shift with rotating days, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
