Winship Green Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Bath, Maine, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

All shifts are available, and a sign-on bonus is offered. The ideal candidate has a valid LPN license, compassionate bedside manner, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication to support residents and families.

Formación

• Valid state LPN license.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs in delivering care.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
