Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care and assist the designated RN, planning, implementing and evaluating care of residents.
• Observes resident condition and reports to facilitate assessments, care planning and evaluation.
• Administers medications and treatments as directed and in accordance with policies.
• Maintains a healthy, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Acts as Charge Nurse when assigned and documents shift activities and resident status.
• Documents observations and care, including ADLs, incidents, and responses to treatment.
